Teachers in Queensland Catholic schools have learned in recent weeks about the Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) certification process at information sessions across the state. This agreement applies to workers employed in schools, which are part of: among the authorized employees who voted, 94.7 percent of the staff of diocesan schools and 93.2 percent of the staff of the schools of the Religious Institute/public lawyers voted in favor of the agreements.  An application for approval of a company agreement known as the Catholic Employing Authorities Single Enterprise Agrement – Religious Institutes of Queensland 2012 (Agrement). The application was made pursuant to section 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009. It was manufactured by All Hallows` School Limited; Brigidine College Indooroopilly; Downlands College, Iona College Limited; Lourdes Hill College; Mount Alvernia College Limited; Mt St Michael`s College Limited; St Rita`s College Limited; Padua College Limited; St Ursula`s College Limited; De Stuartholme School; agents of Christian Brothers (Queensland); St. Ursula`s College toowoomba; Loreto College Coorparoo; The trustees of the Marist brothers; and Villanova College Limited. The agreement is only a company agreement.  I am satisfied that all the requirements of ss186, 187 and 188 that are relevant to this application for authorization are met. . . .
